The 1927A1 uses the “third Hand” to hold the bolt open to insert the drum. Send your Trigger frame and barreled receiver less the wood. When I have installed the simulated full auto/single switch, the pawl that holds the bolt open is controlled by the position of the switch. The process involved is to drill the hole in the frame, make a new hardened pawl, modify the sear and disconnector, new pivot plate and new rocker pivot(switch) .
